Twin Cities Shuttle uses a private sedan or SUV — not a shared commercial shuttle bus. A few riders confuse us with airport bus lines; you are booking a private ride.
For airport pickups, meet your driver in the MSP rideshare/TNC pickup area or at your terminal's normal passenger pickup gates unless your confirmation specifies otherwise — not the commercial shuttle-bus pickup section.
Pick an open time in the live booking form and reserve it immediately. When same-day Day Live capacity is open, those slots appear too. You are confirming a scheduled pickup — not hailing an instant on-demand car.
Pickup is door-to-door, so you can enter your home, hotel, campus, or other Northfield address in the booking form.
Travel time depends on traffic and weather, but many airport rides are planned around about an hour of driving time.
Book online — no phone call needed. Pick an open time from the live schedule. You are reserving a confirmed pickup slot, not requesting instant on-demand dispatch. Same-day times appear when Day Live capacity is open. Your rate is shown before you pay.
