My Rides is the signed-in customer account at Twin Cities Shuttle. Sign in after booking to manage trips, preferences, and account details.

• Book New Ride Open the full live booking form from My Rides without returning to the homepage.
• Manage upcoming rides Reschedule date or time, switch shared or private when allowed, pay fare differences online, cancel within policy, and save a flight number on airport trips.
• Rebook a prior route From Past or Canceled ride archives, choose Book this route again to prefill pickup, dropoff, and passenger details, then pick a new open date and time.
• Ride preferences Set defaults for your next booking: quiet ride, no music, music source, and personal playlist name or link. Ops sees these on ride day.
• Display and language Choose Light, Dark, or System appearance and page language (English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, or Korean). Pickup and destination addresses stay in English for dispatch.
• Community Need something to listen to on the plane? Immersive literary podcast with absurdist fiction, sound design, and tasteful white noise — plus the ride playlist, fantasy football league, and song suggestions.
• Account summary and ride history Review account details, update phone for future bookings, change password, and browse upcoming, past, and canceled rides.
